Refund Policy

• Services: Photography service deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session. Beyond that timeframe, deposits may be transferred to a future booking at our discretion.

• Products: Since Calathea Spirit does not currently ship physical products, no refunds apply to physical items.

• Final Images: Once delivered, digital photographs are non-refundable.

• Process: Refund requests (where applicable) must be made in writing via email to Lizaveta.scott@gmail.com.

• Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
