• Business Identity: Calathea Spirit provides professional photography services, creative events, and artistic experiences based in New York City.

• Eligibility: Clients must be at least 18 years old to book services.

• Bookings & Payments: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. Remaining balances must be paid in full prior to delivery of final images.

• Rescheduling: Clients may request rescheduling with reasonable notice; deposit policies still apply.

• Use of Images: Calathea Spirit retains ownership of all photographs. With client consent, images may be used for portfolio and promotional purposes.

• Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including text, logos, and photographs, is the intellectual property of Calathea Spirit.

• Account Suspension: We reserve the right to cancel bookings or refuse service in cases of inappropriate conduct.

• Limitation of Liability: Calathea Spirit is not liable for technical issues, loss of data due to third-party services, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
