Booking & Service Delivery Policy

• Deposit Requirement: To secure your photography booking, a $50 deposit is required.

• Deposit Terms: The deposit is non-refundable if the photoshoot is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

• Final Delivery: Completed photography sessions will be delivered digitally via the client’s provided email address or a secure link.

    •    No Physical Shipping: Calathea Spirit does not ship physical products unless otherwise specified.
